Why should I attend?

v  Learn from a national leader in intergroup relations about how to facilitate meaningful dialogue about LGBT inclusion
v  Become a qualified B1 Catalyst for Inclusion facilitator
v  Bring back new skills to your organizations to help lead inclusion change.

You have been invited because of your commitment to creating a more inclusive environment for LGBT people in West Michigan.

Led by Robbie Routenberg and Adrienne Dessel, Ph.D. from The University of Michigan Program on Intergroup Relations

Sponsored by B1 Catalyst for Inclusion

Made possible by a generous grant from The Grand Rapids Community Foundation. The training cost, parking, and lunch will be provided.

Council Meeting

Wednesday, June 23

5:30 pm

You could say: “I made my own RAIN BARREL ... FREE!”

We will teach you how and supply the materials!  No cost whatsoever.

What's the catch?  Nothing ... Except: You MUST BE A RESIDENT OF Grand Rapids

Sponsored by WMEAC (West MI Environmental Action Council, Lake Dr. SE)

WMEAC HAS OFFERED TO PROVIDE US WITH instruction and free materials to teach our neighbors to make their own rain barrels. If we can interest 8-10 neighbors to come to our garage/driveway some evening and DO THE SAME for others. One night only. You would be provided all equipment/hardware. (Bring a lawn chair?)

Lower you water bills, avoid run-off, more convenient & helps Mother Earth

As soon as we hear from enough interested GRAND RAPIDS residents, we'll get things rolling to learn how so we can teach you, too! So give us a call or email. It would be helpful if you could suggest a weeknight & time that would work best for you.
